You gave me your stuffed
pink turtle to remember you
while
I was gone
for the funeral.
I took pictures of it
with
your grandpa, an airplane, at a Waffle House, St. Louis Cathedral.
When I got home
your mom and I told you
we were getting
divorced.
Later, you asked
if the turtle
helped.
